After a two year hiatus, the Producers Guild of America brought back the Produced By Conference on Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12 at the FOX Studio Lot in Century City.
Dimension’s co-founder and co-CEO, Steve Jelley, spoke on the panel “Virtual Production For Independent Filmmakers”, alongside Valerie Johnson-Redrow of Monolith Studios, Netflix’s Director of Digital Production Christina Lee Storm, and DNEG's Philipp Wolff and Xavier Bernasconi.
The session saw the real-time production pioneers share tips for filmmakers exploring virtual production, from budgeting, crewing, and scheduling, to creative methodologies, content production, and more.
The 12th edition of the Produced By Conference was themed “Shooting For Tomorrow: The Future of Producing” and saw the industry’s top producers and talent share insights and strategies for the future of production across film, TV and new media.
The all-star lineup featured Academy Award winner Viola Davis, Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane, Mike Farah, CEO of Funny or Die, and many more.
